Jon Dean / Celebrate the Corners
Jon specializes in helping businesses develop and achieve their strategic change goals. His unique approach integrates the practical application of project management and change management principles, and the coaching and development of leaders. He has worked with clients in the telecom, aerospace, defense, healthcare and industrial products sectors.

An aeronautical engineer by profession, Jon encourages a comprehensive practice of project management, where team-working issues receive as much attention as the logical sequencing of activities. Earlier, Jon worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, and played a leading role in the BAE Systems Benchmark program, one of the most extensive culture change initiatives ever attempted. Jon is an enthusiastic facilitator whose sessions have wowed groups on both sides of the Atlantic. He also plays a mean guitar.

Gordon is an expert in strategic and leadership communications, executive program and curriculum design, business and management writing. He is a sought-after speaker, expert coach, teacher and facilitator. His current research looks at leadership and strategic communications in multi-cultural organizations, organizational narrative and storytelling, alternatives to Power Point, and multi-cultural and virtual communication.

Previously he was Director PR & Communications at IMD (International Institute for Management Development) in Lausanne, Switzerland, and served as IMD's Senior Writer and Special Projects Manager. He has also been a freelance business writer and editor, and professor of communication and human resource management.

Dick is a consultant who focuses on the power of leadership to bring out the best in our organizations and our selves. He has developed his expertise over many years working in a wide variety of situations in both the public and private sectors. Dick is a firm believer that "leadership that matters" is dedicated to achieving results.

He brings a unique perspective to his speaking, consulting, and training. For nearly ten years, he was a consultant and facilitator with tompeterscompany!, ultimately serving as Vice President and Chief Inspiration Officer. He is a Master Facilitator and representative of The Leadership Challenge® Workshop learning methodology. Earlier in his career, Dick was a television director at WGBH, public television in Boston, and later ran his own video production company.

Ally Clarke (MBA, Dip Couns, Dip COT) is a consultant and facilitator with extensive experience in new business development, marketing, people development and complex business change. She often works at the senior management and board levels, and in multi-national environments. Ally currently consults in change management, performance management, business development, team building and executive coaching.

She has designed and delivered custom training, led change consultancy projects, and coached senior managers in a wide range of organizations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, BP, ExxonMobil, Zurich and Barry Callebaut.

Robbie Macpherson / Ally Clarke Consulting
Robbie Macpherson (MA, ABPS, Chartered Occupational Psychologist) has an extensive background in occupational psychology. His personal mission is to help individuals, groups and organizations become more effective in meeting their business goals, particularly at working more effectively with their customers and colleagues.

A major focus of Robbie's work has been improving business capabilities with a wide range of clients – from professionals like PwC and Schroders to service providers like airlines, insurers and telecom companies. His natural inclination is to bring research-based information to bear on clients' problems and favours applying Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry to his work, particularly in the areas of leadership, business development and team facilitation.
